I need to improve my appetite?

ok, so ive lost a ton o weight and i need to gain a little back. However, i dont get hungary much and get full easily. What's sad is my dogwas able to beat me in an eating contest as he ate 6 hershey bars and i only got to 5. Should I be concerned?
